| I was very unhappy with the service I received at your shop. you guys did not tell me what was wrong with my alternator. you over tightened the bolt and broke the shaft in the center. I had to go to my mechanic when I got home and they told me that the bearings were out the center shaft was broken in half ,and I had to buy a new alternator. after you guys charged me( $70.00 to tighten a bolt!!!!!???) you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of someone who just needed a little help and some honesty. that is why I love to live in Annandale where people are honest and not just out to make a buck. you guys failed. I will never come back there. I will tell everyone I know to not go there also. you guys fit the stereotype that garages are out to take advantage of people who do not knows about fixing their cars. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT BUISNESS STRATEGY! |
