| Very much appreciate the staff's willingness to explain the things that are wrong as well as a 'need' to fix sooner rather than later as money is not always available for repairs that can wait. |

| We have been going to Youngstedts Goodyear in Maple Grove for years and have always trusted them and been satisfied with their service. Recently we brought our SUV to a GMC dealer for some recall/warranty work. While there, they told us we needed $2,100 in other work on the vehicle done immediately. We didn't know if we should trust them so we brought our SUV to Goodyear. After looking at our vehicle, Goodyear said we do not need to fix the problem right now, that it wasn't a big issue. They also gave us a quote for when we are ready to replace it and their quote was almost $400 less than the dealer! The staff there are always friendly and courteous. They always make me feel like I'm in good hands and that they actually care about me. I will continue bringing our vehicles in to Youngstedts-Maple Grove Good Year! Thank you!! |

| My 2003 Toyota Solara runs like it's new now! Thank you for the care that Brian and Matt took with me and my car. I was able to get my appointment promptly. It meant a lot when Brian went the extra mile and offered to give a ride to my home for my laptop charger and bring me back to Youngstedts. I trust Matt with my car. He found the "noise" I had heard backing up every once in a while. It was a rear wheel bearing, so the rear of my car is new now. Then he found oil leaking in the area of the timing belt (it has 130K miles), so it was a good thing he had time to get to both major fixes in one day. Great job all around and what a nice facility you have! Had a business area that I could jump on their WIFI and get my work finished for my class at the UofM that night. Thanks again for your service. It was a pleasure doing business; I'll be back!! |
