| Your shop had completely overhauled the brakes in this vehicle 18 months ago, and now the car was having vibration during braking. This required major repair on the brakes again. Although you paid for the cost of the brake shoes, I thought you could have done more on contributing to the repair. Other than that, we were satisfied with the work and will continue to go to you for repairs. |

We got a call at 9:30 it was done which made it much easier for us the next morning not having to car pool. It was such a nice surprise getting the work done the same night we dropped it off. | I like how the staff tells me what is wrong or what SHOULD be fixed in the future, instead of telling me I HAVE to fix it now and try to sell me something I don't need right that moment. Some other shops in Maple Grove do that, and I know you guys don't and I appreciate that. That is one big reason I will continue to bring my cars to your shop. Thanks for the good service, Roger |

| The desk service is top notch. The work was done well, without doubt. Pricing is where I've always had a problem with Youngstead's. I understand the infrastructure that must be supported. Employees, taxes, training, utilities, etc., but there are competent competitors that do quality work at far lower prices. I support Youngstead's but many folks can't afford them. |
