After bringing the vehicle in for a "clunking" noise, $900+ later, the noise is still there. I Would appreciate more honesty in diagnosing the problem and the ability for it to fixed at your shop.

All was well. I felt a bit "oversold" but you all were quite gracious. Gave me ride back to work (home) and picked me up when done. You all missed my ceiling light being out .... but I forgot to tell you about too.

On a recent visit you didn't fix an issue that was easy to diagnose. A squeeking brake. Has not been fixed. Don't like to make multiple trips in for one issue. The most recent visit to repair a tire went very smoothly.

I scheduled an appt for 11am on a Friday and was told it would be done at 3pm. I went to pick it up at 6pm and found out that the work had even been started yet. It was finished on Saturday by 9am, but luckily I had other cars and options that most people probably don't have. In addition, they didn't even bother to put my spare back on my truck.

Quick service, but the technician did not reconnect all hoses, and I had to return to the shop because the car sputtered nearly died when I was driving.

It seems that every time I come in to your Maple Grove store something goes wrong. One time a lug not cap on my expensive after market rims was broken off by one of your technicians because he thought they were pop-offs and not screwed onto the rim. I watched him do it through the window and then your office staff completed denied it and I was left to order new caps for $150.00. Another time I requested them not to roll down my driver side window because it gets jammed and when they brought my car back to me it was stuck rolled down for a week in rainy weather all because they didn't listen to me. I do appreciate the hours you are open and you can almost always accommodate me on short notice which I really like, but I get nervous every time I bring it to you because I have the expectation that something will go wrong.

work was done on time and within dollar expectation. Unfortunately the work done did not correct the problem so I will have to go back for another appointment

I made an appointment to have the oil changed and the transmission fluid checked. When I arrived I was told to plan on 45 minutes due to checking the transmission fluid. I went to Menards and came back 45 minutes later. I then waited another 45 minutes. Unacceptable!

Very disappointed with this location. Brought my car in for new tires, tie rod and ball joint. After work was completed my wife brought the car to another location for an oil change. While on the rack the service tech noticed that one of the two bolts by the ball joint was snapped off due to pressure. Although this was fixed at no charge by Youngstedts, they actually let me drive that vehicle home in an unsafe condition. My guess is that the guy who broke it didn't want to man up to it and just let it go. Apparently this location needs significantly more supervisory oversight of its workers.

Usually satisfied but service not as good as it used to be. I specifically asked if all fluids were checked before I paid since winter is coming and I want to make sure all is ok. He said yes. My brake lights started coming on a few days later so my husband checked a few things and my brake fluid was low. He then had to check everything else to make sure but that is what we paid you to do. I was also told 3 oil changes ago that my brake pad were bad but you haven't mentioned that since and my husband checked that brakes at that time and they were perfectly fine. This is the exact reason we left Tires Plus Maple Grove after many years of doing business with them. When we no longer trust the service it is hard to continue doing business with that company so I hope that doesn't continue.

They did not find out what went wrong with t, but sent us on our way. They said they reset the check engine light and when we went out to the van it was still on. It was close to closing time, but they should should have done what they charged, We didn't live around there but they should do the work anyway instead of standing around inn the back office.

Extremely disappointed with the replacement of a tire. We have been using your facility for all of our truck and car needs for the past 5 years. We recently put new tires on both of our vehicles. On our Sonata one of the tires was obviously defective as we were told the inside was all mush. We DID NOT drive on the tire when it was flat. I drove from my house to my daughters which is about 7 miles on what I didn?t realize was a low tire but again it was NOT flat. I heard some noise up front when I was driving but there was NO pulling or thumping. So when I got to my daughters and got out I looked at the drivers side front to see why I was hearing noise and noticed the tire was low. I called my husband and he came over and put the spare in and brought it in. At that he was told that we drove on it flat We DID NOT DRIVE ON IT FLAT!!! We are in our 60?s and know that you DO NOT drive on a flat. My husband was told that this is not under warranty. With all of the business we have done with you I expected better customer service. Splitting the new tire cost would have been in the best interest and a gesture of good faith in your company. Diane Gustafson. 763-370-5619

They called to say the work was completed bit when I arrived and paid for the work work, I popped my hood and seen it wasn't. Sent an email and received a phone call and spoke with the manager about the issue, never once was I offered some kind of reimbursement for my time or discount. Way overpriced labor rate for the quality of workmanship.

I recently had a oil change which was good--I guess. I was given a list of several things that needed attention. I took my car in to a mechanic I trust . ( 5 star rating incidentally). Not one of those items needed to be done. I am a woman and full of years-need i say anymore?

Put my serpentine belt on wrong and destroyed my power steering pump and refused to give any compensation or admit wrongdoing

Prior to the final oil change on my 2007 Impala, I paid for a standard oil change punch card. During that oil change, your technicians discovered a number of issues with the Impala, so I decided to sell it. I came back to Youngstedt's with my Toyota (even though I had a free oil change via the dealer) because I had four punches left and I assumed I would be able to combine a number of my punches to cover the cost of a synthetic oil change. I was told that was not an option for reasons unable to be explained to me. Instead, I had to pay $30 extra dollars rather than simply using two or three of the remaining punches on my card. I am beyond frustrated with your company's inability/refusal to adapt to the situation. I am moving to greater MN, I know of no one else who goes to Youngstedt's (so I can't give away or sell my punch card), and I now threw away about $100, plus the $30 I was forced to spend on my Toyota's oil change.
